Tom Griseta worked at FactorLaw since 2012, first as a paralegal, and then as an attorney once he obtained his license to practice law in 2015. Tom focuses primarily on state court commercial litigation, including business disputes and large collection matters. However, Tom works on a wide variety of civil and bankruptcy cases, including representing Chapter 7 Trustees, and defending and prosecuting claims for negligence, breach of fiduciary duties, conversion, common law fraud, and violations of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, among others. Tom also has experience with probate and criminal matters.
Tom has been passionate about litigation since college when he spent his summers clerking at law firms. His dedication to the law is reflected by his work as a full-time paralegal for litigation boutique firms while he completed his law degree.
